PPG code IM1012 - blue green
This blue green automotive paint color is most commonly known as Beryl. Another common paint color promotional name is Blue Rock Green. The color formulation has been used between 1931 and 1934, primarily by Studebaker; but also by Ford. See the full detailed list below.

IM1012 is a paint code for PPG (Pittsburgh Plate Glass) who has been providing automotive paints since 1924 (originally Ditzler Color Company subsidiary acquired in 1928). PPG/Ditzler codes starting with the letters "IM" indicate Ditz-Lac colored lacquers and polychromatics (fine aluminum powder added) and were used before 1940.
