Ditzler code IM27 - green
This green automotive paint color is most commonly known as Bolling Green. Another common paint color promotional name is Olive Green. The color formulation has been used between 1928 and 1930, primarily by Dodge; but also by Chrysler, Plymouth and Ford. See the full detailed list below.

IM27 is a paint code for PPG (Pittsburgh Plate Glass) who has been providing automotive paints since 1924 (originally Ditzler Color Company subsidiary acquired in 1928). PPG/Ditzler codes starting with the letters "IM" indicate Ditz-Lac colored lacquers and polychromatics (fine aluminum powder added) and were used before 1940.
