Ditzler code IM1020 - blue
This blue automotive paint color is most commonly known as Homage Blue Deep. The color formulation has been used between 1930 and 1934, primarily by Lincoln; but also by Auburn. See the full detailed list below. The use of this paint is for main body and trim color.

IM1020 is a paint code for PPG (Pittsburgh Plate Glass) who has been providing automotive paints since 1924 (originally Ditzler Color Company subsidiary acquired in 1928). PPG/Ditzler codes starting with the letters "IM" indicate Ditz-Lac colored lacquers and polychromatics (fine aluminum powder added) and were used before 1940.
